Due to capacity limitations and the need for exact numbers for our vendors, we kindly ask that only those invited attend. If you have been provided a plus one by the bride and groom, it will state on your invitation as "[Your Name] and Guest".

We adore all of your kiddos! However, due to limited space, we can only accommodate children that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. We respectfully request you only bring children that are included in the invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! If you will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely and RSVP them as well when you submit your RSVP.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We need to provide our vendors and the venue the exact numbers by a certain date. While I will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

The Ceremony will be outdoors behind The Pines White, facing the trees on a cement pad. The reception will be indoors and does have AC. The reception hall has concrete floors. There is an outdoor cement patio that is available for use.

The reception will end at midnight.

Yes, there is a bar onsite and will be open from cocktail hour and last call is 11:45 pm.

No, the venue prohibits any outside alcohol onsite. If anyone is caught with outside alcohol, the venue will ask you to leave.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Yes! There is free parking at the venue. Please follow the signs for the Pines White Parking. You may leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, they just ask that you pick it up by 9:30am the next morning.

Your presence is a present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table at the entrance to the venue for your convenience. Visit our registry on the registry tab.

The Hotel we have chose to do a hotel block at will have transportation from the venue starting at 9 pm and th last pick up is at midnight. You may leave your vehicle overnight at the Pines but needs to be picked up by 9:30 am the next morning. Please see travel tab for more information on hotel and transportation.
